The role involves acting as a trusted legal partner on complex and strategically significant technology deals, handling cloud platforms, enterprise software, AI/ML services, network infrastructure, satellite hardware, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Own and drive complex technology transactions from intake through execution with minimal senior supervision.
Structure bespoke agreements for novel technology arrangements including hybrid cloud deployments, NTN integrations, and AI-enabled services.
Build and maintain the technology transactions playbook by standardizing forms, fallback positions, and escalation criteria.
Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on software licensing models, cloud commitments, and satellite capacity leasing.
Partner with Engineering, Product, InfoSec, Spacecraft Operations, and Sourcing teams.
