Eclectic Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Technology & Digital Regulation Associate with 3–6 years' PQE for a private-practice associate position in London, England. The role focuses on advising commercial clients across technology, data protection, privacy, digital regulation, and commercial IT contracts.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 3–6 years' PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales (4+ years' PQE is particularly attractive).
• Current or recent private practice experience is essential.
• Strong expertise in GDPR, data protection, privacy, and commercial technology contracts.
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, outsourcing, software licensing, distribution, or EULA agreements.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advising commercial clients on technology, data protection, privacy, and digital regulatory matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial technology agreements, SaaS, software licensing, outsourcing, and support agreements.
• Drafting and reviewing privacy notices, data processing agreements, transfer arrangements, and data protection impact assessments.
• Assessing new products, services, and features against emerging UK and EU digital regulatory requirements, including AI, online platforms, ePrivacy, and adtech.
• Working directly with clients and senior stakeholders while supporting marketing and business development initiatives.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Pay Range: £80,000.00/yr - £95,000.00/yr (Actual pay based on skills and experience)

Mode: On-site / Private Practice (London, UK)
