EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Senior Counsel (Transactional-Contracts) to join their legal team in Gilbert, Arizona. This role reports directly to the General Counsel and serves as the primary legal advisor for corporate transactional matters, including commercial contracting, vendor management, and strategic partnerships. The position is designed as a growth opportunity toward a Deputy General Counsel function.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Degree: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Active bar license in Arizona in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of transactional practice, preferably in a business-law or corporate environment.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements (customer, vendor, procurement, and strategic partnerships).
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risks, liability, indemnification, and intellectual property.
- Develop contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and lifecycle management processes.
- Support the Real Estate team with commercial leases and property management agreements.
- Supervise legal support staff (Contract Administrators, Paralegals) and manage external counsel.
- Conduct contract due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
Mode: Full-time, exempt. Requires in-person attendance at the Gilbert, AZ office at least two days per week.
