Contextual Overview
Edari is seeking an Executive – Compliance & Government Relations to provide administrative and coordination support for a major client in Dubai. This contract role (12 months, renewable) focuses on managing government submissions, property registrations, licensing, and tenant compliance within the Residential Division.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in compliance, government liaison, or administrative coordination. Experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong documentation, administrative, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Maintain physical and digital records of government permits, approvals, and correspondence.
- Coordinate submissions with authorities including DLD, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DET, and RTA.
- Support property registrations, title deed issuance, and ownership transfers.
- Manage tenant violation documentation, including inspection reports and notices.
- Assist with trade license renewals and maintain compliance calendars.
- Coordinate with internal Legal, Finance, and Asset Management teams.
