Contextual Overview

EDGE is inviting applications for the position of Manager - Post Contract Management in the United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for overseeing the administration, performance, compliance, and closeout of contracts following award and execution, ensuring proper control over contractual obligations and safeguarding the organization's commercial interests.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management, Procurement, Project Management, or a related field. Experience within defense, government, engineering, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Certifications (Preferred): World Commerce & Contracting (WCC), CIPS, Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), PMP, or FIDIC Certification.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage assigned contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from award and execution through completion, closeout, or termination.
• Review contracts, establish administration plans, and identify key risks, obligations, and stakeholder requirements.
• Monitor contract performance including milestones, deliverables, payment schedules, warranties, and commitments.
• Manage contract variations, amendments, change orders, extensions, claims, and disputes.
• Maintain contract risk registers and implement mitigation plans to protect business interests.
• Act as the primary contractual point of contact with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, customers, and consultants.
