Edwards Lifesciences is hiring a Senior Manager, Global Ethics & Compliance based in Novena, Singapore. The role focuses on driving and ensuring a high-integrity culture by partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams to provide solution-oriented counseling, optimize compliance rules, and manage healthcare compliance standards.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience in contract or bid management.
- Relevant working experience in healthcare compliance, legal, or internal audit (including pharma, medical devices, Big 4 accounting firms, or law firms).
- Expert understanding of effective compliance program standards and industry code requirements.
- Fluent English skills, with preference for Korean speaking capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide value-added and solution-oriented counseling, and optimize local compliance rules and SOPs.
- Develop and deliver role-based compliance training materials and drive compliance ownership via champion programs.
- Oversee end-to-end review and approval of HCP/HCO interactions ensuring alignment with global and local regulations.
- Support global risk assessments, monitoring plans, remediation actions, internal audits, and transparency disclosures.
