Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Contractual Analysis: Analyze public and private tenders (France & International), including CCAG, FIDIC, AFD, and World Bank financing.
• Contract Management: Assist in negotiation, draft specific contracts (NDAs, partnerships, subcontracting), and manage execution/disputes.
• Insurance & Risk: Manage insurance attestations, claims, and coordination with brokers/insurers.
• Corporate Law: Manage external growth operations and subsidiary corporate life (minutes, etc.).
• Intellectual Property: Manage IP portfolio (deposits, renewals) and team awareness.
• Compliance: Participate in GDPR, ethics, and CSR actions.
