Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Must hold an English law degree.

• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Act as the primary legal advisor for UK and Ireland commercial operations.
• Provide advice on distribution, supply, procurement, logistics, marketing, and compliance.
• Oversee litigation and dispute management in coordination with external counsel.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Group functions on anti-trust and anti-corruption compliance training.
