The role involves serving as a core legal partner to Sales, CSM, Product, and Deal Desk teams, focusing on the negotiation and execution of complex, high-value B2B SaaS customer contracts within a high-growth, private equity-backed environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Experience: 5โ8 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on commercial contracting and enterprise-level B2B agreements.
- Licensure: Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; must be eligible to work in Texas.
- Preferred: Prior in-house experience at a B2B SaaS company and familiarity with international data protection frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Lead negotiations for enterprise SaaS agreements, including MSAs, Order Forms, SOWs, and DPAs.
- Enforce the companyโs commercial contracting playbook and risk framework.
