Key Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years post‑qualification experience in non‑contentious private client law
- Experience managing a broad private client caseload
- Knowledge of wills, estate administration, trusts, tax planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Strong client‑care, relationship‑management and commercial awareness
- 2:1 degree and ideally LPC commendation
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage own non‑contentious private client caseload under partner supervision
- Advise on wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning, cross‑border matters, mental capacity and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Maintain accurate time‑recording, billing and financial management
- Support business‑development activities, networking and article writing
Stipend & Compensation
£70,000 – £80,000 per annum (paid)
Working Arrangements
- Location: South‑West London (Kingston Upon Thames)
- Hours: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Hybrid working – up to 40% of time from home each month
