Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Arizona and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Preferred: Appellate experience is considered a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with an ability to build client rapport.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Represent clients in Arizona Superior Court and Federal District Court.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation filings.
• Manage caseloads from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, argue motions, and negotiate settlements.
• Advise clients on case strategy and status.
