Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its Litigation and Corporate Records team at its Global Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. This role involves providing strategic legal advice on litigation, regulatory investigations, and risk management for a global organization.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Admission to at least one state Bar in the United States.
• Experience: 7+ years of legal experience in a business law firm or corporate law department.
• Expertise: Proven success in managing complex commercial and consumer litigation, regulatory investigations, and class action matters.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Direct all phases of complex litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate legal risk and develop resolution strategies.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee legal spend.
• Identify emerging legal risks and advise on proactive compliance measures.
• Contribute to intellectual property portfolio initiatives and strategic legal projects.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
