Legal Counsel, Corporate (xScale)

Contextual Overview

Equinix, a global digital infrastructure company, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their xScale business unit in Singapore. Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support corporate law aspects of xScale business expansion, including M&A and joint venture negotiations.
• Lead corporate restructuring projects, including statutory mergers, share recapitalizations, and capital calls.
• Coordinate legal due diligence and manage external legal counsel across various jurisdictions.
• Advise on governance, REIT status implications, and regulatory issues affecting joint venture business.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, notices, and ancillary corporate/real estate documents.
