Compliance Executive – ERA Singapore

ERA Singapore is hiring a full‑time Compliance Executive to uphold industry‑leading standards of professionalism, ethics and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Preferably qualified as a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) or familiar with the regulatory framework governing estate agencies and salespersons in Singapore.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage regulatory queries, inspections and compliance‑related correspondence.
• Handle, review and investigate feedback, complaints and other matters received by the company.
• Advise RES and internal stakeholders on regulatory obligations, company policies and compliance requirements.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance processes, including professional standards, advertising, AML/CFT and regulatory reporting.
