ESP Enterprises Inc. is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join its well-established Houston-based litigation defense firm. This role focuses on General Litigation and Insurance Defense, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to manage a personal docket, engage in direct client interaction, and work alongside experienced trial attorneys.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active Texas Bar license.
- 2–3+ years of relevant litigation experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage approximately 20 active litigation files.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Communicate regularly with clients and insurance carriers.
- Ensure compliance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
