Contextual Overview

Fam Investment, a subsidiary of Fam Holding focusing on real estate investment in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's Degree or professional legal qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience within the UAE, featuring strong corporate and commercial exposure.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and general business matters.
• Handle legal disputes, claims, notices, and litigation matters in coordination with external counsel.
• Ensure company compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor legislative changes and assist with corporate governance and regulatory filings.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary: Up to AED 15,000

Mode: Full-time, On-site (Sharjah, UAE)
