Fanatics Momentum, a regulated commercial gaming operator licensed by the UAE General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Manager in Abu Dhabi to support its lottery and commercial gaming businesses.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or advisory roles.
• Degree in Business, Risk Management, Law or a related discipline.
• Experience in gaming, lottery, financial services or other regulated sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Prepare and submit regulatory filings to GCGRA, including product approvals, waiver requests and notifications.
• Engage with regulators, manage timelines, and coordinate responses to information requests.
• Provide practical regulatory advice to product, technology, operations and commercial teams.
• Support regulatory governance, reporting, board updates and policy reviews.
• Track regulatory actions, conduct horizon scanning and improve compliance processes.
