Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its fast-growing operations in Brazil and the Iberia region. Reporting to the Lead Counsel IBERIA, this role involves providing strategic legal leadership across commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Practising lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
• Experience working on international projects or with global teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and revising commercial contracts, terms, and conditions in Portuguese and English.
• Supporting commercial teams in deal negotiations.
• Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Participating in knowledge management, template creation, and operational excellence within the Legal team.
