Fidus Law Chambers, a specialized IP law firm founded in 2008 and ranked among India’s top-tier IP firms, is seeking an Associate, IP Litigation for a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai. The role involves handling IP disputes, drafting pleadings, and assisting in complex litigation strategy for trademarks, patents, and copyright matters.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Practice Rights: Eligibility to practice before the Bombay High Court.
- Technical Knowledge: Proven knowledge of IP Law, specifically Trademarks (prosecution, opposition, infringement) and exposure to Patent Law (patentability, validity, infringement).
- Skills: Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience: Prior experience in IP litigation or IP-focused firms is preferred. Judicial internship or moot court experience in IP is an advantage.
