FieldAI, a leader in robotic embodied AI, is seeking a Legal Counsel (Commercial) to join their legal team in Mission Viejo, CA. This role focuses on driving commercial legal strategy, structuring complex enterprise agreements for autonomous robotics deployments, and managing risk in a high-growth technology environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school.
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts and technology transactions.
• Background: In-house experience at a high-growth technology company (Series B or later) supporting enterprise sales teams.
• Expertise: Proficiency in drafting/negotiating B2B enterprise agreements (SaaS, hardware, or tech services) and familiarity with international commercial law.
• Work Mode: Must be able to work onsite in Mission Viejo, CA (1-3 days minimum).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead end-to-end negotiation of enterprise agreements, pilot programs, and SaaS licenses.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and scalable review processes.
• Assess and mitigate commercial risks related to autonomous robotics in safety-critical environments.
• Provide legal advisory to Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives involving IP, Privacy, and Finance.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Pay Range: $225,000 - $300,000 per year. The package also includes full benefits, equity, and time off.
