• Assist partners and senior colleagues with acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold assets.
• Support commercial and residential development transactions, including development agreements and overage arrangements.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, licences, renewals, and rent reviews.
• Conduct title investigations, due diligence, and prepare commercially focused reports.
• Engage in business development initiatives, including client briefings and social media content.
