The role involves contributing to the organization's global expansion by handling international and domestic legal matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Research and provide legal and regulatory analysis and advice on financial services, investment management, privacy, employment, and global laws.
Participate in ad-hoc regulatory and business projects, including the implementation of new legislation.
Launch new regulated entities (incorporation and licensing).
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, employment agreements, investment management agreements, fund documentation, and vendor contracts.
Handle corporate, commercial, employment law, and litigation matters.
Coordinate with external counsel and mentor paralegals, lawyers, and business colleagues.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Salary: $195,000 - $285,000 per year in the state of Washington (new hires typically start at the lower end based on experience).
Additional Compensation: Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
