Senior Legal Counsel

Contextual Overview

Flamingo, a leading body‑care brand within Mammoth Brands Inc., is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic legal partner for its Enterprise function (Finance, People, Technology, and Mammoth Labs).

Key Eligibility Criteria

• J.D. and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with significant in‑house exposure
• Broad experience in corporate, commercial, employment, and data‑privacy law
• Proficiency with AI‑enabled legal tools

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise Enterprise leadership on corporate, commercial, finance, technology, data‑privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and employment matters
• Negotiate and draft complex agreements
• Support strategic transactions, investments, and financings for Mammoth Labs and Finance
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures
• Provide training on pertinent legal topics

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base salary range: $195,000‑$225,000. Additional compensation includes equity, 401(k) match, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, flexible PTO, sabbatical leave, parental leave, L&D stipend, and product perks.
