flatexDEGIRO, Europe's largest retail online broker, is seeking a Legal Counsel to act as a trusted advisor to the business. The role involves navigating complex legal and regulatory challenges within the financial services sector, specifically focusing on Dutch and EU regulations, banking law, and capital markets.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a leading law firm or as in-house counsel (financial services preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and EU financial services regulation, banking law, and capital markets legislation.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
