Key Eligibility Criteria

• Licensure: Must be an active member of the Florida Bar.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation.
• Background: Open to both plaintiff and defense-side experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in discovery, depositions, legal research, and writing.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage case strategy, pleadings, and discovery independently.
• Draft substantive motions, briefs, and legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in court proceedings (hearings, mediations, arbitrations).
• Collaborate on trial strategy, witness preparation, and trial materials.
• Engage in client communication and business development.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (commensurate with experience), plus bonus and annual increase opportunities.

Mode: Full-time, in-office.
