Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage lead follow-ups, telecalling, and initial student pre-counselling.
• Provide in-depth guidance on university selection, courses, eligibility, and application procedures.
• Assist students with visa documentation and application processes.
• Drive lead conversion and meet monthly enrolment targets.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with students and parents throughout the application journey.
