Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, this full-time role focuses on delivering practical business law advice across a broad spectrum of corporate legal matters, with a strong emphasis on employment law.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Masterโs degree in Law.
- Experience: Preferably 3+ years of practical legal advisory or in-house legal experience in a client-facing environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Practical experience in employment law (contracts, policies, workplace changes) is considered especially valuable.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, structured working style, and ability to handle general business law matters independently and within a team.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide practical business law advice to clients across diverse sectors and support day-to-day legal issues.
- Draft, review, and comment on contracts, corporate documentation, employment materials, claims, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research, analyze applicable legislation and case law, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Base Salary: Monthly gross salary starting from โฌ3,200 (final offer subject to candidate experience and competencies).
- Work Mode: Flexible hybrid working arrangements in Vilnius, Lithuania.
