Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage property litigation matters including landlord/tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, and boundary/trespass issues.
• Provide commercially focused advice to safeguard charity property assets.
• Collaborate with the firm's wider Charities, private client, and legacy teams.
• Engage in business development to strengthen the firm's standing in the charity sector.
