Role Overview
Fortis is hiring a Paralegal based in Dubai, UAE, to support the General Counsel in managing legal operations, contract lifecycles, and corporate compliance to facilitate commercial growth.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Law or a related legal field.
- Fluent in English.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and proofread commercial agreements (SaaS, NDAs, vendor agreements) and maintain the contract repository.
- Legal Administration: Manage document issuance via e-signature platforms (DocuSign).
- Corporate Support: Assist with UAE corporate filings, license renewals, and drafting of corporate resolutions/minutes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Legal department and internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR).
