Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Analyze insurance policies to provide coverage advice and recommendations.
- Draft legal documents, including coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and support complex insurance coverage litigation.
- Represent the firm at depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Collaborate with clients and legal teams on sophisticated coverage disputes.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Annual Salary: $167,000 – $185,000, plus monthly and annual performance-based bonuses. The role is a full-time, hybrid position.
