Gleeson Recruitment Group is acting on behalf of a highly regarded law firm in Staffordshire to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE). This role offers an opportunity to join an established team handling high-quality, complex commercial and residential property disputes.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Newly Qualified (NQ) up to 3 Years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) as a Solicitor.
• Existing experience in property litigation or real estate disputes.
• Technically strong with a commercial mindset and client-focused approach.
• Confident in managing own matters with appropriate supervision.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle a broad range of property litigation matters including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, break clauses, and forfeiture.
• Manage restrictive covenants, easements, rights of light, trespass, and possession disputes.
• Advise on property contract claims and professional negligence claims involving property professionals.
• Take ownership of individual matters while working alongside senior fee earners on complex disputes.
• Engage in client relationships, business development, and practice growth initiatives.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Pay Range: £45,000.00/yr - £55,000.00/yr (Dependent on skills and experience)

Mode: Full-time, Hybrid working arrangement
