Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support and assist the Head of Legal in assigned duties and responsibilities
• Collaborate with members of other departments on legal matters
• Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements aligned with company objectives
• Provide strategic and practical advice on contract terms and associated risks to business stakeholders
• Render legal opinions as required
• Monitor updates in the legal and regulatory landscape and implement timely compliance changes
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving legal guidelines, policies, internal trainings, and standard form agreements
• Conduct trainings and orientations on legal matters and company business processes
• Support the legal department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Handle compliance with regulatory requirements of government agencies; prepare letters to government agencies and demand letters
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal
