Google is hiring a full-time Copyright Operations Specialist for its YouTube Trust and Safety team in Singapore. Key Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) and at least 2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, copyright, legal policy, content policy, cybersecurity, data analytics, or related fields.
• Work Authorization: Current right to work in Singapore without requiring Google visa sponsorship.
• Preferred Qualifications: Practical experience applying copyright law and digital legal principles, strong cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven investigative capabilities.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for key copyright domains, including GenAI content.
• Review, manage, and continuously enhance escalation procedures for high-impact and complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on policy outreach, feedback collection, and process optimization.
• Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions beyond standard operating workflows.
