Legal Counsel (1-Year Contract)

GOTOfreedom Executive Search & Recruitment is seeking a Legal Counsel for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a leading international investment organization in Luxembourg. This role is highly transaction-focused, supporting investment teams across Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure sectors.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Law degree.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Luxembourg.
• Specialization: Strong background in Corporate, Commercial, and M&A law, ideally within a top-tier law firm.
• Technical Skills: Proven transactional experience in Private Equity, Real Estate, or Infrastructure; familiarity with transaction structuring.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required; French or German language skills are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support the structuring, coordination, and execution of transactions.
• Review and negotiate transactional contracts and agreements.
• Provide business-oriented legal solutions aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage legal and regulatory risks throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal investment stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and approval policies.
