Litigation Associate (2-3 Years)

gpac is recruiting a Litigation Associate (2-3 Years) on behalf of a respected San Francisco business law firm seeking an attorney with substantive civil litigation experience to handle a diverse docket.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 2-3 years of meaningful civil litigation experience.
• J.D. from a Top 50 law school; law school transcripts required.
• Demonstrably superior legal research and writing skills.
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain it.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Handle written discovery and manage case deadlines.
• Manage a varied docket involving complex commercial, trust, corporate/partnership, contract, or IP disputes.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Salary: $230,000.00/yr - $245,000.00/yr (depending on experience)
• Mode: Full-time, On-site
• Benefits: Competitive medical, dental, vision plans, FSA/HSA options, 401(k) plan, and significant bonuses at 1,950+ billable hours.
