Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3 to 5 years (up to 6 years maximum) of experience as an associate attorney with strong exposure to civil litigation.
• Licensing: Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan is strictly required.
• Skills: Excellent academic and professional credentials with a strong work ethic and capability to manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and responding to disclosures and discovery requests.
• Conducting motion practice and court appearances.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Handling trial preparation and delivering client services.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Salary: $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year (Dependent on Experience).
• Bonus Structure: 1,600 billable hours requirement for bonus eligibility.
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with up to 3% employer match (after 1 year), and profit sharing.
• Work Mode: Hybrid flexibility available following an initial training period.
