- Deep knowledge of intellectual property and commercial contract law (software, hardware, digital assets).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) and open source license frameworks.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advise clients on commercial and licensing agreements, intellectual property matters, and product counseling.
- Handle matters relating to cloud computing products and services, software, patents, IT procurement, supply chain, semiconductors, and AI/machine learning.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage multiple client demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to international licensing, cross-border transactions, and IP workflows in M&A or financing transactions.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation: $235,000 to $365,000 annually, supplemented by discretionary bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and additional benefits.
