Real Estate Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) – SF/SV

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate (1-4 years of experience) to join its Global Real Estate Practice in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. The firm is a top-tier global practice handling the full cycle of real estate deals, including acquisitions, financing, development, and dispositions across various asset classes.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1-4 years in commercial real estate transactions. Large firm experience is preferred.
• Licensure: Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Skills: Superior drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical and writing abilities, and the initiative to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate finance.
• Handle joint ventures and development projects.
• Work with a diverse range of clients, including developers, lenders, private equity funds, and REITs.
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Annual Salary Range: $225,000 – $310,000 (adjusted based on experience and location). Includes comprehensive benefits package, discretionary bonus, and 401K.
