Harry's, a leading men's grooming brand and part of Mammoth Brands Inc., is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic legal and business partner to its Enterprise function. This role involves supporting Finance, People, Technology, and Mammoth Labs (M&A) teams, providing pragmatic, solution-oriented legal advice across a broad range of corporate, operational, and commercial matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Serve as a key business partner and advisor to Enterprise leadership and stakeholders.
Advise on, negotiate, and draft complex corporate and commercial agreements, balancing legal risk with business priorities.
Drive legal workstreams supporting Mammoth Labs and Finance on strategic transactions, investments, financings, and other corporate initiatives.
Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters, including commercial arrangements and emerging legal and regulatory issues.
Advise the People team on employment-related legal matters.
Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
Provide or oversee training to Enterprise stakeholders on pertinent legal topics, as appropriate.
