Harvey, an AI platform transforming legal and professional services, is hiring a Legal Engineering Manager, APAC based in Singapore. This role leads and develops a team of Legal Engineersโqualified lawyers who bring legal credibility, product expertise, and consultative support to law firms and in-house legal prospects across the APAC region.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Legal Qualification: Qualified lawyer with 7+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing talent.
- Technical & Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with the ability to quickly master platform capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage credibly with senior law firm partners, associates, and in-house attorneys.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Lead, coach, and scale the APAC Legal Engineering team in Singapore.
- Maintain high standards for pre-sales legal engineering activities, including product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and technical/legal deal support.
- Partner with Account Executives and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership on strategic, high-value commercial opportunities.
- Engage prospective legal clients to analyze workflow challenges and demonstrate relevant Harvey AI solutions.
- Synthesize customer feedback from a legal perspective to act as the "Voice of the Customer" for Product and Marketing teams.
