Helios Systems Asia is seeking a mid-level Banking & Finance Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience to join their team in Boston, MA, Denver, CO, or New York, NY. The role involves representing institutional lenders and borrowers in complex secured lending and commercial finance transactions.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3–6 years of Banking & Finance or Commercial Lending experience at a law firm.
• Experience representing banks, institutional lenders, and/or borrowers in secured lending transactions.
• Active membership in the applicable State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Represent banks, institutional lenders, and borrowers in secured lending transactions.
• Advise clients on leveraged finance, syndicated lending, sponsor finance, and commercial lending matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and closing documentation.
• Structure and manage complex financing transactions from inception through closing.
• Coordinate due diligence and transaction execution processes.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: $260,000–$390,000 annually

Mode: Full-time / On-site
