Helios Towers, a leading independent telecommunications infrastructure company, is seeking a Group Legal Counsel to join their team in London. The role involves supporting the business on a broad range of commercial legal matters, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating customer and supplier agreements, as well as assisting with financing and M&A activities.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Training experience from a leading international law firm or in-house environment.
• Possession of an LLB or equivalent degree.
• Completion of LPC or SQE qualifications.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, customer, and supplier agreements.
• Providing pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders regarding risk and contractual obligations.
• Supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A and financing transactions.
• Ensuring legal governance and contractual compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
