Henderson Scott is recruiting a Real Estate Finance Associate (Open PQE) on behalf of a Top 50 law firm in London, England. The market-leading real estate finance team advises lenders and borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across various asset classes.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year's Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Prior experience gained within a recognised real estate finance practice.
• Strong academic record accompanied by solid drafting and technical abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise major banks, debt funds, insurers, financial institutions, investors, developers, and property companies.
• Handle investment and development finance transactions, property-backed loans, refinancing, and restructurings.
• Work across multiple sectors including hotels and leisure, student accommodation, PRS, logistics, and office assets.
• Engage in business development and maintain robust client relationships.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Pay Range: £100,000.00/yr - £200,000.00/yr (dependent on experience)
• Mode: Hybrid working
