Compensation

Key Eligibility Criteria
- US-qualified lawyer
- Strong training from a top-tier US law firm
- Ideally 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

- Ability to operate autonomously and advise senior stakeholders

- Advising senior stakeholders on US legal and regulatory matters
- Supporting new products, partnerships, and commercial initiatives
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Advising on financial services and lending-related regulatory issues
- Working closely with product, commercial, risk, and compliance teams
- Helping develop the legal framework and processes to support continued US growth
- Managing external counsel where required
