Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advise senior stakeholders on US legal and regulatory matters.

- Support new product launches, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, commercial, risk, and compliance teams.
- Develop legal frameworks and processes to support US business expansion.
- Manage external counsel as necessary.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 per year (commensurate with experience). The package also includes bonus and equity warrants.
