Role Overview

This full-time position requires a legal professional to lead high-impact projects involving the development and execution of legal frameworks for emerging technologies, specifically AI and data-driven solutions. The role involves deep legal and strategic expertise to manage complex legal projects in technology-driven environments.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology law, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.
• Skills: Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements; ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Design and implement legal strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in product development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts for technology-related legal challenges.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and policy documents to protect organizational interests.
• Provide legal guidance to stakeholders on intellectual property, data privacy, and contractual obligations.
