Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead transactions of varying complexity under the supervision of a partner.
• Provide expert advice on corporate, finance, real estate, and investment fund taxation.
• Maintain awareness of legal developments and participate in firm training.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while demonstrating commercial awareness.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to the firm's Responsible Business program.
