Section 337 Litigation Associate

Contextual Overview

Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, is seeking a Section 337 Litigation Associate to join their Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. This role focuses on litigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and is open to candidates in various office locations, including the firm's virtual office, 'The Link'.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
• Case History: Must have participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Expertise: Familiarity with ITC-specific issues (domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and Rules of Practice and Procedure) and general IP law.
• Licensure: Active bar license in the state corresponding to the office of application.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Represent clients in complex Section 337 ITC litigation matters.
• Articulate legal strategies and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Collaborate within the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: $215,000 – $250,000 in specific states (CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT, WA, and D.C.). Salaries in other markets vary. Includes Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
