The role focuses on high-profile project finance transactions, advising sponsors, lenders, developers, and government entities on complex infrastructure, energy, and renewable energy projects across the Middle East.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 4-8 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Qualification: Must be Common law qualified (e.g., UK, Australia, New Zealand, or other Commonwealth jurisdictions).
• Background: Proven experience at a Magic Circle, leading international, or top-tier law firm.
• Technical Skills: Strong project finance background with exposure to energy, infrastructure, and renewables; excellent drafting skills.
• Regional Exposure: Middle East experience is preferred but not mandatory.
