The Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore (IBFSG) is hiring a Contract Manager/Senior Manager for its Compliance Division on an 11-month contract. IBFSG is the lead agency for financial services industry workforce competency in Singapore, and this role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and preventing fraud within the organization's funding schemes.

• Compliance Audits: Analyze assigned cases for fraud, abuse, or breaches of IBF terms and conditions; conduct investigations and prepare audit reports with mitigation recommendations.
• Risk Identification: Utilize data analytics, anomaly detection, and whistle-blowing reports to identify high-risk entities and claims.
• Program Enhancement: Assist the Head of Compliance in designing tools and initiatives to improve surveillance and promote voluntary compliance.
